• The dashboard allows you to check the status of your site(s) and content quickly.
  

• The scheduled playback widget displays the current content schedule playing for your selected site/site group. Each zone has a scheduled playlist. Click on a future date to view the schedule of content that will play on that date.
  

• The status widgets provide information about your screen and content. Check on your site connections to ensure all sites are connected, see which panels are on, off or not monitored, and see what content has been downloaded or is in the process of downloading.
  

• Take a look at what’s currently playing on your screen via the screen capture widget. If you have a site group selected, use the arrows to navigate through the screen captures for each site within the group. Use the refresh icon to refresh the screen capture at any time
  

• Click on the ”messages” tab in the top bar
  

• Click on the “new message” icon in the left-hand column.
  

• Select the template you would like to use and hit the “next” button.
  

• Edit the message by selecting the editable elements and apply the desired changes. Each template is unique, so it will have different editable elements.
  

• After the message edits are complete, click the ”next” button.
  

• Type in a name for the title of the template.
  

• You can use keywords to help search for the template.
  

• Don’t change the duration of the template.
  

• Also, don’t click the box “unlimited.” This will keep the template always playing on screens.
  

• After you hit “save and close” it will appear in the current message folder within the message tab.
  

To upload media, click the Upload button, navigate and select the media on your computer. The media will then be uploaded into the currently selected folder and Site Group.

Click the cog wheel under the name of your template. This is how you will decide when you want it to play

• You can select what day you would like it to play if you have a specific day(s)
  
• It will automatically play everyday unless you choose otherwise
  
• Once you have chosen everything you can go ahead and hit “Save”
  

From the Constraint options, select the Sites tab. Un-check the sites that should not play the messages or media. By default, all sites are checked.



• Once the schedule is complete clicking the "Save & Publish" button to publish the changes to the screens.
  

• When any changes are applied to a schedule it must be published before those changes are applied to the screens.
